WHO ARE OUR THERAPISTs AND EXPERTS IN CARE?
KATHY CRANE, MS, LPC-SUPERVISOR, NCC, RYT
Sometimes life gets heavy. Thoughts start racing, stress builds up, and it can feel like you’re carrying everything by yourself.
You don’t have to do that here.
Working with me is less like sitting in a stiff office and more like having a real conversation with someone who’s in your corner. Together we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical tools that actually help in everyday life.
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, attachment-based work, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your mind and reconnect with your body. And because I’m also a yoga teacher, we can bring gentle movement, breath, and nervous system regulation into the process when it feels supportive.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you come back to yourself. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and real. No judgment. No pressure to be perfect.
Just two humans figuring things out together. My approach combines practical tools for your mind with compassionate attention to your nervous system and body.
Together we may explore:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Understanding thought patterns and learning tools to shift them.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
Learning how to slow down your mind and regulate stress.
Attachment-Focused Therapy
Exploring how early relationships influence current patterns.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Creating safety while gently processing past experiences.
Yoga-Informed Mind-Body Practices
Breath, grounding, and movement to support nervous system regulation.
Healing doesn’t just happen in your thoughts—it happens in your whole system.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that our sessions feel like:
• A real conversation
• A place where they can finally be honest
• A balance of deep understanding and practical tools
• A chance to slow down and reconnect with themselves
You don’t need to have the right words or a perfect explanation.
You just need to show up.
Brad Williams, LPC, LCDC
Life can become overwhelming when relationships feel strained, grief lingers, or unhealthy patterns begin to take hold. You may feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps, but it can also be the beginning of real change and healing.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of life challenges. I have particular experience helping clients with relationship concerns, addiction and recovery, trauma, and grief. At the same time, I welcome people facing many different kinds of emotional, relational, and personal struggles. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent more than 30 years in pastoral ministry, walking alongside individuals, couples, and families during many of life’s most important moments. That experience deeply shaped my belief that every person’s story matters and that healing often begins when we are truly heard and understood.
My approach to counseling is collaborative, respectful, and compassionate. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier ways to move forward.
Whether you are seeking help for a specific struggle or simply looking for a place to process life more deeply, counseling can be a powerful step toward clarity, healing, and hope.

As a counselor, I believe that every person is capable of growth, healing, and finding greater peace with the right support. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, with an emphasis on building real, trusting relationships with my clients. I use a person-centered approach with narrative and somatic informed techniques to help individuals of all ages reconnect with their bodies, navigate anxiety, improve relationships, and build emotional resilience.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and have a special interest in mindfulness, ADHD, relational challenges, and premarital counseling using the SYMBIS framework. Whether you're looking to deepen self-awareness, strengthen your partnerships, or just breathe a little easier, I’m here to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
