Kathy Crane

Kathy Crane received her Masters of Science in Human Relations and Business Development from Amberton University in 2006 and her Masters of Science in Counseling from A&M University - Commerce in 2012.  Kathy is trained in Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy in addition to having training in mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). 

Kathy enjoys working with groups and individuals, allowing clients to work through emotional barriers and get in touch with their authentic selves.  She is a proponent of community mental health and wellness, offering holistic and natural interventions.  She specializes in teens and women's needs using Sand Tray Therapy and mindfulness techniques to ease stress and anxiety.  Kathy has a background of over 20 years in education, bringing that experience and perspective into the practice though her work with parents and students in and out of the educational setting. She also enjoys work with mid-lifers making transitions with careers, retirement or redirections in life past 40. Kathy has lived in Rockwall for 35 years and enjoys time with her family and Cocker Spaniel, Olive.
